- Understanding client goals and following set client strategy
- Creating content including drafting excellent copy and sourcing creative and managing content calendars
- Posting and scheduling social media posts according to platform best practices
- Bringing creative ideas for campaigns and content to the team
- Assisting with paid social media (experience is great, but not needed)
- Executing daily social media community management
- Researching influencers and assisting with influencer campaigns
- Compiling regular social media reports
- Assisting with other digital marketing efforts such as email newsletters
- Working within platforms/software such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Sprout Social, Airtable, Canva, etc.
- Facebook (experience with Meta Business Suite a bonus)

- Optional, but a plus: Google My Business, Snapchat, YouTube, Airtable, Sprout Social, Mailchimp
- A hybrid schedule with three days in our Midtown Atlanta office and two days work from home

We capture, curate and deploy targeted content through a variety of channels, including news media and social media. We are seeking a digital coordinator to grow with us. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in social media and is ready to play a key role on several accounts. We are looking for someone who is a strong writer, has social media/digital expertise, knows how to juggle multiple tasks, follows online trends and topics, has the ability and willingness to quickly learn about our clients' businesses/ industries and enjoys being part of a team.
