Summary:

In this role, you will:

Strategic Counsel: Provide expert counsel to executive leadership/Csuite on highimpact communication initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
Cross-

Functional Communication:
Develop comprehensive strategies for effective cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across all departments and regions.

Social Media Management: Oversee content creation and management for all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather insights and ensure messaging aligns with company values and objectives.
Media and

Industry Monitoring:
Monitor media, social landscape, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular reports and analysis to inform leadership decisions.

Employee Branding: Support strategies to promote RNDC's employee branding initiatives, fostering a positive corporate culture and engaging employees as brand ambassadors.
Event and

Meeting Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and presentations. Ensure seamless logistics and communication support, aligning events with overall communication strategies and objectives.

What you bring to RNDC:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
810 years of experience in corporate communications or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content for various platforms and audiences.
Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Demonstrated experience in providing strategic counsel to leadership and driving highimpact communication initiatives.
Previous management experience is a plus
