Your tasks:


In your diverse field of work, you will support our HR management with all tasks in the area of human resources and play a key role in establishing targeted personnel development and implementing a company reintegration management.

As we support the balance between work and family, the advertised full-time position can also be divided between two part-time employees (m/f/d) as a "job sharing" arrangement.


  • Participation in the strategic development and digital transformation of HR
  • Responsibility for all administrative personnel processes along the employment cycle from creating employment contracts, to complete onboarding and time management, to creating employment references
  • Preparation of job advertisements, organization of the application process, support in selecting suitable candidates, and participation in selection interviews
  • Preparation, coordination, management, and implementation of individual personnel measures
  • Creation of reports, statistics, and certificates
  • Representation of the HR management
  • Confident communication and constructive collaboration with all areas of the company, as well as external contacts
