    As a Sales Manager you take ownership for planning and development for the sales strategy of your team. You will be responsible for selling specific product line to customers in the North American Region, additional of new product line is a potential and subject to review. Include key accounts within a single business group/P&L.

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

    Selling specific product line to customers in the North American Region, additional of new product line is a potential and subject to review, this includes key accounts within a single business group/ P&L

    Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge specifically with Lightwell Intervention

    Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions

    Handling diverse clients in a region

    Supporting Com Ops with tender submission as required

    Ensuring Deal Machine is up to date and correct

    Assisting with forecasting of LWI projects 6-12 months out

    Creating integrated opportunities with other Baker Hughes product lines specifically OFS

    Developing and execute a sales strategy plan that aligns with business priorities

    **Fuel your passion**

    To be successful in this role you will:

    Have excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills

    Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)

    Have 5+ years of experience in Account Sales

    Have knowledge of offshore operations around intervention activities

    Have essential relevant work experience as a Sales or Account Manager
