As the Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will be the driving force behind our residential sales division. Your expertise in new home sales will be instrumental in guiding, mentoring, and leading our team of Sales Associates.
Working closely with the Director of Sales, you will ensure that our sales team aligns with company goals, values, and standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
This strategic role involves analyzing market trends, directing competitive analysis, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and positivity.
- Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to strategic initiatives such as sales forecasts, staffing plans, and compensation structures.
- Drive the positioning of new communities within the Houston market.
- Serve as the primary resource for KOVA software and Sales Force CRM.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of sales personnel.
- Manage resources to meet regional and company start and closing goals.
- Collaborate with the Area Construction Manager to address customer and community issues.
- Maintain community presentation standards and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Communicate progress, budget matters, and risk mitigation strategies effectively to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in new home sales

2+ years of experience in new home sales management.
Pay:
$120, $130,000.00 per year
