Job Description InGenesis is currently seeking a **Project Support Specialist** to work with our client located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will provide professional-level support and project management services for divisional initiatives and projects.

**Job Duties**
Lead and support a broad range of moderately difficult multi-functional projects and programs, to ensure successful completion.
Manage projects by conducting assessments, gathering interpreting data, producing reports and providing solutions.
Act as an advisor to program teams regarding projects, plans, and operations.
Initiate benchmark studies to identify needs, gaps, improvements, and provide recommendations to management on issues and matters related to projects, programs, and future initiatives.
Establish schedules, oversee arrangements, and provide logistics support for projects.
Participate in the development and execution of program events.
Coordinate and arrange meeting and project materials for distribution.
Perform specialized administrative support for projects and for the unit.
Administer the Education Assistance Program (tuition assistance).
Lead quality assurance processes for training development efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
**Design and Development Job Duties Will Include:**
Presentation and supporting materials for program information sessions or reference materials.
Design of coinciding marketing materials and communications.
Visuals for project management efforts, as needed.
**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4-5 years of job-related experience.
Project management, administrative, and training facilitation experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Proficient with project management
PMP certification.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
Strong presentation skills (public speaking/training facilitation)
Experience developing training content or PowerPoint presentations.
Experience with administering an HR benefits program.
Experience with Quality Assurance.
Experience with Database management.
Excellent writing skills and copyediting experience.
