    IT Support Specialist


    Pay:
    $25-$33/hour

    Location:
    Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid/Remote)

    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility


    Job Description:


    We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to assist with daily operations within our IT department, focusing on the management and configuration of store handheld devices.

    This hybrid role involves local and occasional reimbursed travel to San Francisco and Las Vegas.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage assets, configure, and maintain handheld devices such as PDAs, iPods, and iPads.
    • Receive and evaluate inbound packages, maintaining an uptodate inventory status (CMDB).
    • Process RMAs promptly to keep a healthy stock of repaired devices.
    • Provide technical support in person, over the phone, or via MS Teams.
    • Guide store staff through troubleshooting steps for resolving technical issues.
    • Respond quickly to incidents and requests related to handheld devices.
    • Prioritize and handle multiple open cases simultaneously.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in IT Support Helpdesk preferred.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft OS W10, MS Office 365 Suite, iOS, and Android OS.
    • Must have reliable transportation for potential site visits in LA, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.
    • Must possess a laptop/desktop for use in this role.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
    • Strong organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

    Additional Information:

    • This is a hybrid/remote position requiring some travel.
    • Travel expenses for outoftown trips to San Francisco and Las Vegas will be reimbursed.
