- Manage assets, configure, and maintain handheld devices such as PDAs, iPods, and iPads.
- Receive and evaluate inbound packages, maintaining an uptodate inventory status (CMDB).
- Process RMAs promptly to keep a healthy stock of repaired devices.
- Provide technical support in person, over the phone, or via MS Teams.
- Guide store staff through troubleshooting steps for resolving technical issues.
- Respond quickly to incidents and requests related to handheld devices.
- Prioritize and handle multiple open cases simultaneously.
- Experience in IT Support Helpdesk preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft OS W10, MS Office 365 Suite, iOS, and Android OS.
- Must have reliable transportation for potential site visits in LA, San Francisco, and Las Vegas.
- Must possess a laptop/desktop for use in this role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- This is a hybrid/remote position requiring some travel.
- Travel expenses for outoftown trips to San Francisco and Las Vegas will be reimbursed.
