    Job Title: Corporate Parts Support Specialist at EquipmentShare

    Job Description: EquipmentShare is looking for a Corporate Parts Support Specialist to join our team at the corporate office and provide support as our department expands.

    This is a remote position focusing on Atlanta, GA, and surrounding regions.

    • Streamline processes for Branch level Parts Departments.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams to support Parts Managers.
    • Implement efficient parts room concepts.
    • Source and deliver parts in a timely manner.
    • Develop part demand planning strategies.
    • Enhance parts departments with functional excellence.
    • Optimize operational efficiency and performance.
    • Support branch locations with parts needs.
    • Build strong relationships with branches.
    • Assist in continuous improvement projects.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma.
    • Experience in equipment maintenance.
    • Knowledge of service, parts, and warranty processes.
    • Preferably 3 years of parts experience.
    • Understanding of purchasing and logistics.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
    • Physical requirements: lifting, standing, bending, and travel may be needed.
