- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the trailer industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns with our in house designers and video content creators we already have on staff
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Proven track record in sales within the trailer manufacturing or related industry.
- Existing relationships with dealerships and B2B clients in the trailer sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Independently prospect new business opportunities, including building your own referral networks with potential and current clients
- Work closely with CEO and internal teams to identify and understand potential new clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with trailer specifications, technical aspects, and industry standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Work closely with our entire company to ensure successful client relationship
