Summary


As a Savings Consultant, you are responsible for growing Savings4Members vendor program participation within the memberships of its organization partners through proactive member engagement, mastering a knowledge of the program offering, and leveraging relationships with organization and vendor partners.


Duties

  • Exceed both quantitative and qualitative goals and (individual/team) objectives through direct solicitation of organization?s members to facilitate increased participation in programs through proactive calling, hosting webinars, and through tradeshow/conference attendance.
  • Leverage relationships with participating Savings4Members organizations to assist with educating and training organizations member companies on the program offerings, helping them to run their business more effectively and profitably.
  • Serve as a vendor liaison by resolving member issues and collaborating to enhance the lead and sales processes.
  • Provide record creation and file maintenance within CRM and collaborate with all Savings4members teams by providing feedback and insight as to what program features resonate with members, making recommendations on new features for CRM efficiency, and providing insight on how to best gain participation within vendor programs.
  • Each of the responsibilities will be accomplished with authentic service, attention to detail, sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up, genuine care, and passion.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 35 years related work experience preferably in sales, telemarketing, or customer service or minimum of 2 years related work experience with a Bachelor?s Degree.
  • Proven experience demonstrating strong communications, writing, and sales skills with a track record of high call volume, inbound or outbound, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Ability to learn and absorb quickly, as well as prioritize and respond quickly.
  • Excellent personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
