Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Actively manage an existing book of business with a focus on strengthening relationships, growing the business, and ensuring high retention.
Identify and target New Logo accounts to grow your book of business.
Meet or exceed the assigned bookings goals and new account acquisitions by managing the sales process from initial approach through negotiation, close and continuous management.
Provide accurate and timely bookings forecasts on a monthly basis by demonstrating an understanding of your pipeline and the deals within.
Plan a travel schedule to meet with clients, strengthen relationships and extend the business.Establish strong knowledge of all of ITR's offerings, capabilities, and the use cases for each.
Rely on your team to support you and be there to support them in return. We are a team.
Do all of the above as a Sandler-trained, Trusted Advisor and by adhering to the company's Core Values.
Perform all other duties as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
BS or BA degree or relevant experience in a business-related field
Excellent written and oral communication, including presentations and public speaking skills.
5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales position is required.
Travel is expected - approximately 0% to 15%
Proven experience prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts as well as establishing long-term business relationships.
Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills, including experience developing effective executive summaries, proposals and statements of work.
Effective consultative sales approach and proactive sales generation with demonstrated territory and account growth.
Ability to work individually and across teams throughout the organization.
Excellent problem-solving skills proven to resolve internal or client issues.
Quick thinking with the ability to lead a solutions sales process
Competent in introducing and selling business intelligence services to critical decision makers.
