    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Subcontractor Buyout:


    Assist in the selection and procurement of subcontractors by soliciting bids, conducting bid analysis, and negotiating contracts to ensure optimal pricing and project quality.


    RFI Management:


    Manage the process of Requests for Information (RFIs) by coordinating with project stakeholders, reviewing and distributing RFIs, tracking responses, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.


    Change Order Processing:


    Facilitate the change order process by reviewing change order requests, analyzing impacts on cost and schedule, negotiating with subcontractors and clients, and documenting changes for approval.


    Project Coordination:


    Collaborate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to project plans and specifications.


    Document Control:
    Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and other project-related documents.

    Schedule Management:


    Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.


    Quality Assurance:
    Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure that work meets project standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

    Safety Compliance:


    Promote and enforce safety standards on the job site, participate in safety meetings, conduct safety inspections, and address safety concerns promptly.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
    Previous experience in construction project management or related role preferred.
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
    Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
    Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
