    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Dallas and contribute to our dynamic projects.

    • Lead the internal team to successfully complete various projections.
    • Direct site design and documentation for retail and restaurant structures, including ground-up, tenant fill-out, and remodel projects.
    • Define project objectives, scope, and timelines.
    • Develop detailed project plans and oversee project scheduling.
    • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage project and construction administration activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering.
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members.
    • Willingness to travel for site visits, planning meetings, and engagements with local authorities.
