    Business Developer:

    Perfil muy verstil y dinmico, con capacidad de Liderazgo, para llevar a cabo mltiples proyectos de desarrollo de negocio.

    Descripcin de la oferta

    El objetivo es liderar e impulsar proyectos tanto en el rea comercial como de operaciones que supongan negocio incremental y/o mejoras operativas para la compaa.

    El principal proyecto al que deber atender es la gestin integral (establecimiento, gestin, control y optimizacin) del canal de e-commerce abordando tanto los puntos operacionales (funcionamiento, servicio, logstica) como los de marketing y ventas (relacin comercial, promociones, campaas).

    Otros proyectos que, una vez consolidado el proyecto anterior, podra liderar son: Internacionalizacin a otros mercados, lanzamiento de nuevos productos y nuevas verticales, optimizacin logstica y operativa, omnicanalidad, etc.


    • Estar en contacto con diferentes departamento de la compaa
    • Implementacin e Coordinacin de proyectos
    • Estudio y realizacin de ventas incrementales
    • Optimizar cuenta de resultados, mejorar la eficiencia de varios puntos de la compaa, etc
    • Liderar proyectos en e-commerce
    Perfil del candidato

    • Estudios: Ingeniera, ADE o Econmicas

    • Experiencia mnima requerida para el puesto son 2 aos, ya sea en consultora estratgica o en el departamento de marketing/comercial/biz dev.

      de multinacional (FMCG) o empresa nativa digital o de e-commerce (referencias: Amazon, Google, Facebook, startups, etc - no agencia). Imprescindible haber estado en contacto con modelos de negocio online/e-commerce en tus puestos anteriores.

    • Perfil muy verstil y dinmico, con capacidad de Liderazgo, para llevar a cabo mltiples proyectos de desarrollo de negocio.

    • Versatilidad y liderazgo. Apertura para trabajar en un entorno digital, tecnolgico y emprendedor en el que eres la principal duea o el principal dueo del proyecto y de la gestin del mismo.
    • Capacidad de adaptacin a ritmos de trabajo altos, proyectos diferentes en diferentes reas y, con diversos departamentos y stakeholders a la vez, y sobre todo, hacerlo en equipo, de forma organizada y responsable garantizando siempre el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
    • Espritu "startupero". Disposicin a hacer "de todo" en un momento dado. Siempre sumar, nunca restar
    • Conocimientos de marketing/estrategia digital y e-commerce.
    • Capacidad Analtica y de identificacin de oportunidades de negocio y de crecimiento.
    • Capacidad de hacer previsiones financieras / business plans sobre: proyectos / lanzamientos / productos / ideas de negocio.
    (Conocimiento bsicos de cmo funciona lo siguiente:
    Forecasting / Business Plan / P&L / Cash Flow)

    • Creacin de presentaciones rigurosas (pero molonas) e informes financieros y de negocio para el board, la direccin y los accionistas de la compaa.
    • Conocimiento e inters por la innovacin, el ecosistema startup los nuevos negocios digitales.
