    Description

We're currently looking for a Project Manager to join our client's team in the electrical contracting space.

    Location: Dallas, TX (ONSITE) --> you will sit in Grapevine, TX

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

    Salary: $90,000-$100,000 (potential for flexibility based on experience)+ annual bonus program

    Start Date: May 27th

    Position Type: Full time, Direct Hire/Permanent

    What We Really Need -

    • 3+ years experience in Construction in a Project Management capacity.
    • 3 + years of Electrical Project Management experience
    • Project Management experience within the Commercial space
    • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Accubid or Oracle preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related discipline.

    Overview of the role -

    The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead the planning, execution, and oversight of projects across various industries.
    • Lead a diverse team in delivering electrical solutions for commercial, industrial, renewable energy, healthcare, and data center projects.
    • Manage all aspects of project management, including strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.
    • Utilize technical expertise in electrical systems to navigate complex challenges, implement quality control measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve project objectives while prioritizing safety, sustainability, and excellence.
    • Contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization by making a significant impact on diverse projects.

    Must haves:

    • 3+ years experience in Construction in a Project Management capacity.
    • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related discipline
    • 3 + years of Electrical Project Management experience
    • Project Management experience within the Commercial space
    • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Accubid or Oracle preferred
    • Demonstrate professionalism in both conduct and appearance.
    • Have a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
    • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, adjusting priorities as needed.
    • Able to work under pressure and adapt positively to changing requirements.
    • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.
    • Interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including management, staff, vendors, clients, and others
