    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a part time temporary schedule.

    As HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions within the financial organization.

    Client Details
    A financial services company who is seeking a part time temporary HR recruiter to join their growing team. This will be a fully remote role with flexible work hours from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
    Description
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs
    Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
    Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
    Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
    Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
    Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
    Negotiate job offers with selected candidates
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
    Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
    Profile
    Proven experience as a HR Recruiter or similar role
    Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, Workday, or Kronos
    Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
    Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to effectively negotiate job offers with candidates
    Experience with lead generation strategies for attracting top talent
    Knowledge of succession planning and employee evaluation processes
