    Description


    We're looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable Human Resources Manager to play an important role on our team. You'll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including employee disputes and investigations; performance and talent management, benefit management, HR system management, and regulatory compliance. If you're a natural leader who's ready to dive in from day one, send in an application.

    NCG will begin the interviewing process in early May.

    Responsibilities

    •Oversight of employee records and payroll functions

    •Launch a digital employee wellness program

    •Act as the bridge between employees and managers and offer advice on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment

    •Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures

    •Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures

    •Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date

    •Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation

    Qualifications

    •Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

    •3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management

    •Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute

    •Bachelor's degree in business management, HR management or related major
