Head of Mechanical Maintenance (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of mechanical maintenance measures throughout the entire plant
  • Support of production departments by ensuring the mechanical availability of all production facilities
  • Responsible for initiating and monitoring shortterm repair measures, creating repair programs for major repairs, and procuring spare parts
  • Coordination of inspection, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment, systems, and operating resources
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the department (15 people)
  • Implementation of relevant regulations for occupational safety, cleanliness, environmental protection, and quality assurance
  • Responsible for comprehensive documentation and reporting in the field
  • Contribution to the mechanical design of new plants, proactive contributions to the continuous improvement of work processes
  • Costconscious management of spare parts

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in metalworking or equivalent
