We are currently seeking a
Department Manager for Reception/Sales (m/f/d) in full-time to join our team in Naubinway, MI
immediately or at the earliest possible date.
Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the Reception/Sales department (scheduling, participating in the selection of new employees, vocational training, personnel training) and leading the team.
As part of the extended management team, you will work closely with other department managers and the management of the company.
Your profile:
- Completed 3year vocational training in hotel management (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience and (initial) leadership experience
- Qualification as a trainer
- Independent and structured work style with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- High level of resilience, flexibility, and commitment
- Team player in a leadership role
- Willingness to work weekends
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, hotel software, preferably Oracle Suite 8)
We offer:
- Salary according to the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD/VKA)
- Regular working hours with weekend shifts
- Additional pay according to the TVöD collective
