As a substitute for our workshop manager, you are responsible for:

  • Leading the workshop team of the branch, including our apprentices
  • Weekly staff planning
  • Organizing all relevant tasks in the workshop (service intake, complaint processing, parts ordering, repair service)
  • Ensuring the quality of work performed
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop
  • Establishing and continuously improving processes in the workshop

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a
    motorcycle mechanic/bicycle assembler (m/f/d) or
    automotive mechanic (m/f/d) or have many years of experience in one of these trades and are looking to take on
    more leadership and responsibility than in your current job
  • Or you already have a
    leadership position in a similar industry and now want to start at Fahrrad XXL as a
    career changer
  • You are a natural at organizing and have strong leadership skills
  • You know how to motivate, challenge, and support your colleagues
