Our trainee program is based on a long tradition and experience. In the 18-month program, you will first get to know our company as well as energy industry expertise and methodological skills. After an introductory phase, you will go through various departments of our company. The focus of tasks will be individually tailored to your competencies.

These phases will be accompanied by participation in seminars and workshops such as project and change management, communication and moderation training, as well as visualization and presentation.

In addition to support and regular feedback from our human resources department, we also ensure the development of an internal network.

We are currently looking for a Trainee (m/f/d) in Computer Science / Business Informatics to join our team at a flexible starting date.
