    HR Admin

    Location:
    Loomis, California

    Pay:
    $50-60K ( depending on experience )

    LHH I is collaborating with our client to find an Administrative Assistant responsible for various confidential administrative tasks and human resources support.

    Reporting directly to the Director, the role involves HR and Payroll duties, managing calendars, handling billings, preparing monthly expense reports, conducting on-site reviews, compliance checks, and similar tasks.

    Success in this position requires strong organization, document management skills, diplomatic communication, excellent time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


    Responsibilities:
    Serve as the primary contact for Directors, Administrative staff, Support staff, and external partners.

    Manage information flow efficiently and accurately.

    Handle calendar management and scheduling of appointments/meetings.

    Maintain office supply inventory.

    Facilitate internal and external communications through memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

    Record minutes during meetings.

    Manage phone calls and mail correspondence.

    Maintain an organized office filing system.

    Perform HR functions and other assigned duties.


    Skills:
    Previous experience in Administrative, HR, Payroll, or related roles.

    Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.

    Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.

    Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g., e-calendars, copy machines).

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Demonstrated ability to handle communications with discretion, confidentiality, and tact.

    Certifications in personal assistant or administration are advantageous.

    Proactive problem-solving ability with or without direct instructions.

    Approachable and able to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds.


    Requirements:
    High School diploma or equivalent (Experience may substitute for formal education).

    Minimum two years of direct Human Resources experience.

    Familiarity with or experience in Employee payroll.

    Understanding of billing and accounts reconciliation.

    Excellent proficiency and experience in managing large document volumes.

    Completion of skills test assessments on Indeed with the application is mandatory.

    Minimum of three professional references (preferably from previous roles).

    Full-time position with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K benefits included. Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm


    Pay Details:
    $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
