    Description

    Laffey, Leitner & Goode LLC ("LLG") is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their dynamic team as its Law Firm Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of one of Milwaukee's premier litigation shops, assisting the firm's management in daily administrative work, ensuring seamless administrative processes, and supporting the overall success and profitability of the legal practice.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
    • C.P.A. license is desired, but not required.
    • Proven experience in the administration of a professional services business or similar role.
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with interpersonal abilities and an ability
    • to "read" people.
    • Proven proficiency in office software and legal case management systems, particularly QuickBooks and MS Office.
    • References required.
    • Must pass a background check.
