You are an organized, efficient, and experienced Legal Assistant with excellent communication skills who has a positive, "Can-do" attitude while getting the job done.
You have been found guilty of holding yourself accountable to high standards and want to be surrounded by a work team guilty of the same.

Located in a beautiful, newly renovated office in a downtown Milwaukee high-rise, our attorneys serve as labor and employment law advisors, negotiators and litigators.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to Labor & Employment Attorney(s)
- Handle communication with clients, witnesses, etc.
- Administratively support litigation proceedings
- Format and file case briefs
- Create, edit, and file basic legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain contact lists
- Monitor deadlines and maintain calendars
The Skills & Experience You Possess
- Two or more years proven experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in a Labor & Employment practice
- Knowledge of or familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system filing procedures
- Proficiency in legal language, legal documents formatting, Adobe Pro, and Microsoft 365. Proficiency in TABS and iManage (or other document management and time keeping programs) preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), timemanagement and prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to effectively and efficiently complete multiple activities simultaneously and work under pressure with a positive "Can Do" attitude

Pay:
$ $27.94 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
