Job Summary:


This full time position offers an exciting mix of sales preparation and administrative experience and the potential for massive monetary returns through individual sales pitching and closing.


Filot LLC is a Legal Document Management company focused on providing middle market and large law firms with the most secure and easy-to-use document management system possible.


Responsibilities:


Sales Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales efforts to achieve company targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline and customer relationships.
  • Close deals and generate revenue for the company.

Research and Development:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and documents.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on salesrelated projects.

Support and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the CEO to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a business related major
  • Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Proven reliability in development and capable of creating and implementing systems
  • Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability, with the ability to multitask
  • Driven toward continual improvement both personally and professionally

Pay:
$35, $200,000.00 per year
