    About the Role – State and Local Tax Manager
    tBachelor's or master's degree in accounting, tax, or other closely related field


    • \t5+ years of experience providing income, franchise, and sales and use tax consulting services in a public accounting, consulting, or law firm.

      Experience should include nexus studies, apportionment and sourcing analysis, voluntary disclosures, merger and acquisition consulting, state tax audits, and state tax provisions.

    tOverall management of several client engagements at a time


    • \tReview state tax returns and workpapers and provide state tax consulting
    • \tSupervise, mentor, and develop staff members
