About Krishnakanth Chiravuri:

Most recently, I was Head of Product and Strategy at a stealth startup where I led the 0 to 1 build out of a cutting edge Generative AI platform for product management that could auto-generate rough draft PRDs, accurate features, and specific user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in under 30 minutes. I managed a team 3 Senior Software Engineers and 2 Product Designers and was responsible for all product strategy and the product roadmap.

Prior to that, I was a Senior Product Manager at Oncue where I led the 0 to 1 build out of a cloud contact center using Twilio Flex. This contact center helped automate 35% of our booking services team which was responsible for 80% of all revenue for the company. Migrating from our legacy contact center provider (Five9) to Twilio Flex was the company's #1 objective.

Prior to that, I was the Manager of Product and Design at Submittable (YC alumnus, $10M ARR, raised a $47 million Series C led by Accel-KKR in 2022). I managed the product and design team, collaborated on the product roadmap with the CPO, drove the product management life cycle, and coordinated all inter-departmental communication related to the product. In my time there, the product team shipped several enterprise features which have significantly increased ARR.
