- Draft Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives and Irrevocable Trusts
- Draft Incapacity, Probate, and Trust Administration documents
- Draft and file petitions with the Court
- Assist clients with collection, appraisal and distribution of assets
- Prepare client communications
- Prepare accounting and gift and estate tax returns
- Assist in the formation of entities such as Limited Liability Companies
- Perform legal research
- Provide administrative/clerical tasks including answering telephones, scheduling appointments and providing support for front desk/receptionist
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Proactive and a team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and possess initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; the position requires extensive professional contact with clients, court, county offices, supervisory attorneys and staff
- 2+ years as an Estate Planning Paralegal
- Bachelor's Degree, ABA accredited Paralegal Certificate a plus
- California Notary License
- Proficiency in Clio law firm management software
- Salary is commensurate with experience
