About the company:


Job Duties:


  • Document and maintain office procedures, forms, and document preparation protocols.
  • Supervise administrative staff.
  • Manage document flow and communications between our office and outside service providers (paralegal and notary services, primarily) and agencies (county recorders, primarily).
  • Track internal workflow and project management.
  • Facilitate firmwide meetings and meetings of administrative staff.
  • Perform notarial services (need not be a current notary).
  • Perform word processing related to client documents and client communication.
  • Handle overflow drafting and document preparation needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills: ability to prioritize and manage many varied tasks at a time, following through in a timely manner.
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Personable, professional, and friendly demeanor, with sensitivity and discretion around handling personal client information.
  • A strong work ethic with high standards for quality and quantity of work.
  • The desire and capacity to learn, to work hard, and to be part of a mutually supportive and enjoyable work environment.

Compensation:


  • Compensation dependent on experience and qualifications.
