What you'll do
Responsibilities
Work with all Stripe leaders across the company to create and drive toward the vision of Stripe's payment platform
Drive the roadmap and priorities for your team, and work with dependencies across the company
Support the engineering team in achieving a high level of technical excellence and stability
Manage processes to help the team do its best work and interface effectively with the rest of Stripe
Recruit great engineers, in collaboration with Stripe's recruiting team
Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Stripe's engineering management team

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with minimum 5 years of experience with software development
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing strategic projects, including 2 years of people management experience
Built diverse teams to tackle challenging technical problems
Thrived in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$260,100 - S$367,200. This range may change if you are hired in another location.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location.
