Summary:
A Sales Professional focuses on new B2B (business to business) sales in an assigned geographic territory through prospecting and relationship building as it relates to a weekly rental program for uniforms, mats, towels, and many more facility products that are essential to a customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and meeting goals by acquiring new business accounts
- Develop and qualify leads
- Meet with prospective customers, conduct presentations, and prepare agreements
- Gain competitive insight of prospects and competitors in assigned territory
- Assist the Service Team to provide seamless transition and perfect 1st delivery to new customers
- Maintain notes and documentation in a CRM tool
Additional Information:
- Base salary of $5055K/year PLUS uncapped commission opportunity
- Company car, laptop, business cards, uniforms, and cell phone provided
- Expected to be able to travel to the Battle Creek office once/week for staff meetings

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Sales or customer service experience
- Some outside B2B experience preferred, but not required
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Valid drivers license with excellent driving record
- Strong computer skills (familiarity with a CRM tool preferred)
