    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Front Office Operations at Hotel Hugo in New York, NY. The Director of Front Office Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front office operations, including customer satisfaction, training, and budgeting. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in Hotel Front Office Management 3+years
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve customer satisfaction
    • Strong knowledge of front office operations and procedures
    • Experience in training and development of front office staff
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
    • Proficiency in hotel management software
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Open schedule availability
