    Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the team in the medical aesthetics industry. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and driving business growth. Role involves leading operational functions, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Reports directly to the CEO and Founder.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support CEO in operational aspects.
    • Collaborate with executive team on strategic vision.
    • Analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Drive growth and identify expansion opportunities.

    • Develop operational policies and best practices.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations.
    • Monitor KPIs and metrics.
    • Provide financial guidance and leadership.

    • Build relationships with key stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
    • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Experience building high performing teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
