    Responsibilities for our Renewable Energy Customer Service Representative:

    • Forge genuine connections with customers through a demeanor characterized by warmth, courtesy, empathy, and professionalism, fostering trust and rapport in the realm of renewable energy.
    • Provide education to customers on services we have to offer through in person interactions
    • Guide customers through the sales process to ensure their qualifications and eligibility
    • Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with both customers and team members
    • Answering questions that may arise from customers and report directly to management if unsure
