We provide printing services to clients (small to medium businesses, non-profits, graphic artists and individuals) seeking a high touch, high quality printing experience.

Customer Service Representative

Exemption Status:
Non-exempt
The CSR assists our clients from first contact through delivery while exhibiting professionalism and excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

Working Hours:
Works a standard 8 hour day, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break. If requested, will work overtime to meet customer needs and/or requirements.

Computer Programs Utilized:

Microsoft Office, Outlook, printing industry pricing & management software, Plan Prophet (Sales Force), Adobe Acrobat or other pdf reader, Other programs as required.

Primary Duties:

Answer customer questions about our website, the process for ordering and status of their project.
Accurately enter customer orders into Printer's Plan utilizing templates or past orders.
Learn about our products and services in order to assist customer with their projects.
Notify customers and schedule deliveries for completed projects.

The CSR has the opportunity to learn and experience many aspects of the business.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
