    Job DescriptionOur client, a pharmaceutical services organization, is hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their dynamic and hardworking team in an ever-changing environment. This role is located in Baltimore, MD and is required to be onsite. Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Build and nurture trusted relationships with site Management, Line Managers, and employees.
    • Provide professional, effective, and customer-focused HR expertise.
    • Support the delivery of HR strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, employee engagement, reward and recognition.
    • Offer expert HR advice and guidance to Line Managers and employees on various HR matters.
    • Support and build Line Manager capabilities in resolving and handling employee relations matters, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and leave of absences.
    • Interpret and provide guidance on Human Resources policies and employment law.
    • Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures.
    • Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures to the site.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team in managing site recruitment and employee onboarding.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role.
    • Experience in a healthcare or clinical trials industry required.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide effective HR support and guidance to both managers and employees.
    • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to a positive work culture.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
