    Responsibilities:

    The Senior Human Resources Business Partner assists employees and managers with policies creation, interpretation, practices and procedures; manages unemployment compensation; provide guidance with WC and ADA requests, lead HR presentations and trainings and other programs, as needed. May be required to complete other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Human Relations, Social Work or a Human Services related field
    • 5-7 years of employee relations experience
    • Healthcare experience preferred
    • PHR certification preferred
