    **We are currently hiring for:**

    **Job Title Customer Service Representative**

    **Job Summary:** Customer Service Representative is responsible for the direct point of contact for Liberty Cold Storage customers. This position is responsible for processing orders and inquiries relative to Liberty Cold Storage services and coordinate customer accounts from entry to ship. They will coordinate between the customer and warehouse/shipping personnel for accurate and timely processing of order requests. This position is responsible for receiving and maintaining up to date account contact information in company data management systems. They will set up customer accounts as required for shipments and maintain according to customer requirements. They will be responsible for providing customers the necessary forms for new item/process set up and providing that updated information to the appropriate department, for accurate specification data input. Additionally, CSR will investigate, enter and resolve claims while minimizing overall insurance program costs.

    **Job Responsibilities**

    Inbound and outbound order receipt, entry and allocation.

    Analyze customer claim details to determine claim validity, research and obtain supporting documentation.

    Set up and maintain customer accounts in business intelligence systems and related customer data files.

    Make a determination on the best course of resolution for order issues/discrepancies.

    Manage the processing of customer orders in accordance with their policies and procedures.

    Develop excellent working relationships with all departments (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain (inventory), Logistics, QA, Operations).

    Analyze account characteristics and work with customers to recommend appropriate solutions to provide "best in class" customer service.

    Drive continual improvement in quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.

    Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

    Partner with all departments of the organization.

    Other duties as assigned.

    **Job Requirements**

    Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

    Must be able to read and write English.

    Associate's Degree in related field or eq uivalent is preferred.

    Ability to understand general warehouse operations processes in order to question and respond accordingly.

    Must practice good personal hygiene.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding the nuance of placing pressure and urgency, pushing the envelope to a discussion, but not coming across as aggressive or impolite.

    Exercise collaborative skills and exhibit leadership qualities in gathering internal consensus within a cross-functional team.

    Ability to diffuse a conflicting and intense situation.

    Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions within a timely manner.

    Experience handling claims and complex process transactions.

    Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

    Computer experience - or Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

    Strong typing skills are a plus.

    Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

    Ability to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges.

    Must be able to work extended hours and weekends according to schedule.

    Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background check.
