  • Expertise in identifying bugs in the OIM and performing any defect/enhancement task for the client, perform Root cause analysis and overall system improvement.
  • Performed On-call responsibility and work over the weekend for any high severity ticket or any major issue.
  • Application Servers: BEA WebLogic Server 8.1/9.2, IBM MQ, WebSphere 8.5,9 Apache /Tomcat, Solace.

  • MBA in MIS from Concordia University, Wisconsin, USA.
