Part Time 3rd shift: 10pm - 6am

Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:
Guest Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following;

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Ensure speed of service
Understand and be capable of handling guest concerns
Maintain store presentation and standards
Effectively and efficiently execute daily tasks
Uphold Thorntons Core Values

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent customer service skills are a must Be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays Willing and able to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
