EPSI Worx is seeking two Financial Coordinators to support ourclient in Houston, TX. The Financial Coordinator is a crucial member of the finance team, responsible forsupporting the company's financial operations and contributing to its overallfiscal health. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professionalwith a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. TheFinancial Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, managefinancial documentation, and play a key role in budgeting, accountspayable/receivable, financial reporting, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Management:

Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets to ensure alignment with company goals.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Oversee timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining compliance with established policies.

Financial Reporting:

Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights into the company's financial performance.

Expense Tracking:

Manage and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and identifying cost optimization opportunities.

Vendor Management:

Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and address financial concerns.

Audit Support:

Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.

Financial Documentation:

Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and relevant documentation.

Financial Software:

Utilize financial software systems to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial coordination or a similar role.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail in financial data management.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
