As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both financial processes and supply chain activities within the company.

This position requires a strong understanding of financial management principles, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate procurement, inventory management, and financial reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Support monthend and yearend financial close processes.

Supply Chain Coordination:

Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Coordinate the purchasing process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while optimizing costs.
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory control procedures.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Compile and analyze data related to supply chain performance, including lead times, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial transactions and supply chain operations.
Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) in finance, accounting, or supply chain management roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CFA) or advanced degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.
Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
