    LHH has partnered with a prestigious and expanding law firm in Washington, DC to identify a Senior Collections Specialist This is an incredible opportunity to take control of the A/R and collections for the firm and have a direct impact on its ongoing success

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily collections on overdue client accounts, develop relationships, and negotiate payment plans.
    • Work closely with the billing team and attorneys to identify and resolve discrepancies and send updated invoices as needed.
    • Reconcile client accounts and escalate discrepancies.
    • Prepare accounts receivable aging and revenue reports and discuss with management.
    • Review accounts with management and determine priority accounts.
    • Provide backup support for the billing team as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a collections capacity within a law firm required.
    • Proven track record of effectively collecting outstanding funds and maintaining up-to-date accounts.
    Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
