    Collection Specialist (B2B) - Free Parking in Baltimore

    About the Company and Opportunity:

    • Our client is a long standing client of ours whose a leader in the SaaS industry
    • Due to growth, they are hiring an Collections Specialist in their DC office
    • Position is in office in Baltimore, MD.
    • Pay: $25-28 per hour, Mon-Fri, 8:00a - 5:00p.
    • This position is temporary, but for the right candidate can become permanent
    • This organization loves to promote from within

    Overview of the Collections Specialist role:

    • Business to Business Collections- mostly email contact with customers; statement letters sent electronically via email. There will be times when the person will want to get on the phone with the customer to clarify details with the customer.
    • Will apply cash receipts to invoices that have been paid.
    • Will assist with getting invoices out to customers, especially those that use a portal or other billing method and not a mailed invoice
    • Additional projects, as requested

    Preferred Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:

    • 2-5+ years of collections experience ideally. Open to candidates with general accounting background who are interested in collections.
    • Salesforce is a plus
    • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
