As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and assisting hotel guests, ensuring their stay is delightful and memorable.     Essential Duties include:
    • Check in guests efficiently and warmly, ensuring correct room assignments and rates
    • Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations for local attractions and services
    • Handle guest check-outs, billing, and ensure guest satisfaction
    • Manage phone reservations and guest service requests
    • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
    Continued:
    • Follow brand standards for guest stays and loyalty programs
    • Coordinate with housekeeping on room status updates
    • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and energy conservation
    • Participate in mandatory trainings and meetings
    • Flexible with schedule and assignments
    Requirements:
    • Good customer service skills

    • Strong communication and attention to detail
