    Description
    Fraser Dove International is partnering exclusively with a global Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Operating in the US, they are committed to enabling flexibility and capabilities that cannot be found anywhere else.

    Our client is seeking a team leader to be responsible for the site's Quality Organization.

    What you will do:
    As the Head of Quality, your duties and responsibilities will include:
    Leading the Quality Organization of over 100.
    Working closely with customers and internal teams in support of delivering drug products to the market per customer expectations.
    Leading GMP compliance for the site which includes leading both customer and health agency inspections at the site.

    Establishing and executing quality practices that are in alignment with global processes to meet both customer and internal requirements that support the required regulatory compliance requirements of our products.

    Responsibility for driving continuous improvement and resolving critical & complex incidents that may occur at the sites, to be carried out with cross functional teams, data driven mindset and sustainable improvement methods.

    Membership of the Global Quality Leadership team focused on implementing the company's Quality Policy.
    Membership of Site Leadership focused on executing site operational plans.


    What you will bring:
    These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Head of Quality:
    Bachelor's degree (Advanced Degrees and Technical Backgrounds are advantage).
    Strong quality background that includes management of Health Agency inspections an advantage.
    Experienced Team Leader or direct supervision of a group of professionals an advantage.
    At least 5 years' work experience in a regulated business.
    Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to interface with internal customers, management, and outside suppliers.
    Operates effectively in a cross functional team environment.
    Mindset for Continuous Improvement.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills an advantage.


    What you will get:
    These are the perks and benefits that will complement your generous base salary:
    $240,000-$260,000 base salary
