We are currently seeking a Head of Quality (m/w/d) for our Herrenberg site. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Quality & Systems.

Responsibilities:

Organize the quality team to effectively meet regulatory, customer, and internal stakeholder requirements
Develop strong working relationships with the Site Lead, Head of Operations, Senior Management, and key stakeholders to ensure teamwork and deliver highquality, compliant products in line with business priorities
Host Competent Authority inspections, notified body and customer audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance and improve quality standards
Proactively prevent and address problems by utilizing scientific knowledge and experience to provide timely and compliant solutions
Set goals and objectives for the quality team, monitor performance, and support development opportunities
Review and approve key documents, publish and improve quality metrics, and host executive management review meetings
Support Environmental Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives on site

Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline (e.g. chemistry, biology, pharmacy)
Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with a focus on quality and at least 2 years in a senior quality role
Strong relationships with Competent Authorities and other regulatory bodies
