YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of global clients in 2nd level Windows client environment
- Analysis and resolution of all clientrelated issues
- Manual and software distribution software installation
- Remote support for users
- Management of print servers
- Administration of the mobile device management platform
- Windows client installations
- Documentation and development of service processes
YOUR PROFILE
As a 2nd level client support specialist (m/f/d) with a degree in computer science, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or career change with several years of professional experience
- Very good general IT knowledge and experience in customer support
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems and back office products
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and VPN
- Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
- Experience with ticket systems
- Customer orientation, strong service mindset, and process orientation
