    We have a full-time Office Manager opening

    • Pay range: $20-25/hr
    • Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
    • Location: In office

    Job Duties/Description:

    • Manage administrative staff and support personal.
    • Handle mail, email, voice mail, and incoming/outgoing packages.
    • Manage office budgets and financial records, including expense reporting and invoicing.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
    • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
    • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, lunches, and conference room schedules.
    • Coordinate staff events and assist and prepare for client events as needed.
    • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
    • Support various office projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
    • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
    • 2 years office administrative experience required
    • Proficient in MS Office is required.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Leadership and motivational skills to manage and motivate staff
