- Pay range: $20-25/hr
- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Location: In office
- Manage administrative staff and support personal.
- Handle mail, email, voice mail, and incoming/outgoing packages.
- Manage office budgets and financial records, including expense reporting and invoicing.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, lunches, and conference room schedules.
- Coordinate staff events and assist and prepare for client events as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Support various office projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2 years office administrative experience required
- Proficient in MS Office is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and motivational skills to manage and motivate staff
